My heartfelt thanks goes out to my new webmistress, Melody Watson. I'd been searching for someone to update my site for quite some time when, serendipetously, I ran into Melody one day at Christina's De-Corner in Adams Farm. Well, a big hug later, I found out that she already knew that I am an exhibiting artist at Christina's. But, I didn't know that Melody also is selling her fine jewelry there, too. But that doesn't explain the joy at our meeting: Melody was my student at Guilford College in my Introduction to Poetry course. Thus, this was a teacher/student reunion. Over the course of our catch-up chat, I discovered that she works as a consultant on web design and Voila! I asked her if she might look at my site with an eye toward revision. When next we chatted, her enthusiasm bolled me over and, luckily for me, we reversed our teacher/student roles: I became her pupil, learning the joys and wonders of navigating the possibilities of a new site on a new host. I am absolutely thrilled with what Melody has done to represent my work and to introduce me to the public. Our collaboration is in evidence on this site now, and I just want to say: Thank you, Melody. You've made my art sing!
