2013 Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival
Carolyn Beard Whitlow's Quilts were showcased at the 2013 Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival in Reston, Virginia, May 17-19, 2013. Though the weather was inclimate, the quilts' vibrant colors and artistry drew in crowds. She displayed framed and soft quilts to great effect, and the compliments were effusive.
